Tickets are now on sale for $40 or can be purchased the day of the event for $45 (if there are tickets still available). Tickets can be purchased online via PayPal, at the Greenway office in Sarg Hubbard Park or by calling 509-453-8280. Call or fax the Greenway office with your credit card and reservation information to avoid paying handling fees. The event is reserved for those 21 and over. Please remember to bring your ID as they will be checked at the entrance. All food and drink inside the event is purchased with scrip rather than cash. Vendors are not able to accept cash. Six scrip are included with each admission. Additional scrip will be available for purchase at several locations inside the event for $1 each. Food prices vary from four scrip and up per item. Microbrews are six scrip each and a glass of wine is four scrip and up. Outside food and drink is not permitted, nor are coolers. You are welcome to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on the grass, but no canopies or large umbrellas that might interfere with others’ view. There is non-reserved seating in the Bistro area. We also have tables available for purchase in our VIP tent. A $600 Blues table includes entry to the event for ten people, table seating for eight people, VIP parking passes, an hors d'oeuvres tray, 8 vouchers for a glass of premium Northwest wine each, a beer or wine glass and six scrip (used to purchase food or drink) for each person, table centerpiece, and a commemorative group photo. A $1,200 Jazz table includes entry to the event for ten people, front row seating for ten people in the VIP tent, VIP parking passes, an hors d'oeuvres tray and a dessert tray, 12 vouchers for a glass of premium Northwest wine each, two glasses per person (beer and wine or two of one kind) and six scrip (used to purchase food or drink) for each person, and a table centerpiece.
